My electric team! Found these guys afteanother'sr contractor messed up some installations. I prepared to hunker down with some powerless rooms for a bit -- basically that contractor rewired my expectations for home repair. Dunno how he did it, but Jeff and his team were at my door in minutes! They were in and out so fast I almost told my wiife that I had done it myself!

We regularly use Alternative Power and Electric for our commercial wiring needs. Their crew does professional work quickly and the owner, Jeff, ensures that the client is buffered from the details. I have referred them to other commercial accounts - especially those with challenging situations that need to be resolved correctly and quickly. I have used them since 2008 and highly recommend them.

Of the four electricians I was referred to by a local lighting shop, Jeff was the only one that actually answered the phone when I called (positive sign #1!) and was able to schedule the installation of 4 light fixtures the following week (positive sign #2!). His crew arrived on time, were very polite and did the job quickly and efficiently (positive sign #3!) Jeff even stopped by to ensure everything was going well and to give us estimates on some other light projects. His fee was reasonable (the best possible sign!) and I will happily work with him again and refer him to anyone looking for a great electrician!

I have called upon Jeff and his crew to fix some electrical issues in my building. Each time they were knowledgeable, straightforward, efficient, friendly, and the charges were fair and thoroughly explained.

Jeff was one of the few contractors that listened to me, politely gave his point of view (which i wanted as the professional) and would engage with me in my many questions/texts. He always responded within 24 hours or less which is also highly unusual. He gets that "good business is good customer service". His guys are friendly and competent and i feel his costs were very reasonable. Hard to find a company like this. (Came Covid ready, wearing masks etc.)
